The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs has officially launched a new online filing platform for the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM). This move is part of the government’s broader digitalization initiative to make consumer redress more efficient, transparent, and accessible to the public.
